International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing.

Customs & Duties

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange. Replacement items will be shipped once the issue has been verified.
For clients in the United States, exchange shipments may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, opened items, or custom-made orders.
Refunds
